8 PLACES TO VISIT AS A FASHION BLOGGER IN UAE

Hi guys, you favorite lazy writer is here again. This is a preview or better still highlights of my last TRIP to the Middle-East, The United Arab  Emirates, touring the cities of DUBAI, AL NAHDA, AL TAWUN, SHARJAH, AL BASTAKIYA, AL FAHDI HISTORICAL NEIGHBORHOOD popularly known as the OLD DUBAI.

However, this blogpost is majorly about telling my fellow fashion bloggers, readers and followers about happening places and picturesque and blogger friendly places and resturants in the UAE.

1.   LAMER DUBAI ; this is a really blogger friendly location consisting of various cafes, ice cream shops, resturants and also a beach, popularly known as the LAGUNA. Changing here is very flexible and no one would even bother you, rather they'll compliment you. so i suggest you go with a minimum of 2 outfits so you can change and take your top notch pictures. SOLO TRAVELLER ??? No need to worry, people all over would volunteer to take your pictures for you. THESE people are good People.

2. BOXPARK DUBAI ; popularly known as the ROXY CINEMAS if i'm correct. It's a mall consisting of cafes and restaurants too. This location is beautified by containers, painted in colors, all round as the concept of the design. Changing here ? i'm not so sure about that . A black guy is a security there and he's kenyan. He was the only one who approached me and told me to not put my stuffs at the front of the mall cause people are looking at the mall. He also mentioned that i shouldn't use a camera when he saw my tripod before he came close but i showed him it was a phone tripod. I would recommend you to get one as a SOLO TRAVELER,if you're one tho.

3.CITY WALK BY MEERAS ; Out of all the locations i shot in,this is the hardest of them all. it also consists of a mall, cafes and restaurants too. its opposite kinikan planet πŸ˜‚. There are lots of security than normal. They restricted me from using my phone tripod,no changing of clothes too. But on this day, luckily for me, i went with my kenyan friend and she was able to take my pictures. But as a Lagos living Content creator, i'm not sure i can go away without achieving my goal, nah ! CODDED, i changed three times and shot three different looks without suspicion. yeah right, i'm that smart.

4. The DUBAI MALL ; Taking pictures here isn't a big deal but for a SOLO TRAVELER,i think it is. I had to ask people to take my pictures as my phone tripod wasn't allowed as well.

5. AL-FAHID HISTORICAL NEIGHBORHOOD ; Nigerians hardly visit this location because it is really hard to locate and its known as the old Dubai. i took the metro station here after i got my card and loaded it with DHS30. I hopped on two different trains to get here. Not stressful at all, having to see the view of the new Dubai to the old Dubai is quite mesmerizing.

Changing here was also easy,i and my friend changed in the washroom and no one even questioned us. i would suggest you go with as much outfits as possible, considering the distance too!!!!
so you can keep on changing and shooting till you are tired . SOLO TRAVELLER ??? just go with someone or tripod. It's a quite NEIGHBOURHOOD. You'll hardly see black tourists, you will see more of Chinese!!!!!

6. MALL OF THE EMIRATES ; i only came here to run an errand for my brother so there isn't much stuff i did here, only looked around, ate and bought a few things.

7. SAHARA MALL ; Also known as the Sahara center. This is close to Alnahda and there is really a huge number of Nigerians living in this area. So don’t worry, even if you get lost here, you will find someone to take you and direct you back home.

8.  DUBAI METRO ; This is the fastest and the cheapest means of transportation. All you have to do is get to the metro station and purchase your metro card and recharge it with money although there will still be free 20 dihrahms on it if I am correct. My bad, I’m really bad with numbers. However, I find the interior of this train aesthetically pleasing compared to some of the ones we have in tejuosho market, yaba lagos. lol
